OPERATING SYSTEM

-access control:

The nature of access ,as it may be to premises, is of utmost importance due to the fact that it helps us ti identify who enters or  leaves the building and with what and/or what authorization has been granted by management  of persons and vehicles leaving or entering the premises. That includes all point of entry, including staff and residents where applicable.

-communicating:

We ensure communication with people with the same goal of upholding effective security. The process is kept clear and effective at all times between the relevant parties only, as it is at times involves sensitive information. We also work hand in hand to communicate with the alarm system security companies e.g . ADT, CHUBB, or any other by means of telephone communication and activation of panic button when necessary. The management will be informed as of any activity pertaining to security processes.

 -patrols

Patrols are essential component of security and as result, we conduct these patrols systematically at all hours. Our management and supervisors also conduct these patrols at all times.

-observation, recording and reporting:

Our personnel are well trained and PSIRA registered in order to know and understand what surrounding them at all times in an integral part of their duties.  This process helps to identify any suspicious activities and anything that we deem as a potential threat to security of the property and this is recorded and reported.

-client liaison:

We view liaisons highly important and sensitive because we know that our client should be informed of our day to day activities. We also believe that maintaining a healthy communication chain with our clients helps us to determine what is required of us if there are any changes within the premises.

-Emergency:

Any emergency situation has to be attended according to its capacity. Different situations require different approaches. We are positioned to do just that. We are very equipped for most emergency situation whenever necessary at all hours so as to ensure the safety of the property and its legal occupants.
